V-Rail has no subscription. You start free, and you pay only for the finished work you decide to keep. This page explains exactly how money moves.
Paid work is drawn from a wallet — a balance, held in US dollars, that you top up when you choose to. There is no monthly fee, no auto-renew, and no minimum.
You pay $X → $X credited. A top-up credits your wallet with exactly the amount you paid, whether you pay by card or by bank transfer. We do not add a bonus to one payment method over another, and we do not discount one either.
Your balance does not expire.
Individual actions — revealing a decision-maker’s contact, drafting the outreach for a buyer — are metered from your wallet. Each one is small, and each one is priced separately.
You see the exact price before you tap it. The price sits on the button that spends the money. Nothing is charged in the background, and nothing is charged because time passed.
If an action cannot be completed — for example, we cannot resolve a contact we are confident belongs to the company you asked about — the charge is reversed. You are not billed for work we did not deliver. See Contact data & re-verify.
You do not need a wallet to buy for the first time. The closing-asset kit can be purchased directly from your free Scorecard at checkout — no balance to load first, no account to configure.
The Scorecard itself is free, with no account and no card. You can leave without spending anything.
We accept card and bank transfer. Invoicing is available for teams — write to maxie@vrail.io.
Card details are entered with our payment providers and never reach V-Rail. We do not see, handle, or store card numbers. See Security.
Every purchase carries a 14-day Refund-on-Failure guarantee: if the analysis misses your pattern, you get your money back. The window starts on the analysis delivery date — when we deliver, not when you pay.
What is covered, what is not, and how to ask are set out in full in the refund policy. Your statutory rights are preserved in addition to it.
The contract governing all of the above is the Terms of Service — in particular §3 (catalog and pricing), §4 (order process and consent to immediate performance), and §5 (Refund-on-Failure). Where this page and the Terms differ, the Terms govern.
